But then if you don’t want to go, you have a huge cost in travel time and hassle. But, third, what if you need a repeat visit, or have a problem? So you travel all the way from San Francisco or San Jose to Turkey, have your hair transplant operation, and then have to return if there are problems. So your free trip to Turkey might turn into several repeated trips. Fourth, this brings us to the true cost. Is it really cheaper in Turkey? You have to take the costs of your lost time from work, your air travel, and other expenses and add those into the cost of a hair transplant.
